​Jeffrey Dobbs Scholarship for Excellence in Painting and Richard S. Dart Memorial Arts Scholarship are endowed scholarships to encourage young artists and provide support for future study. 

Benefits for the Artist:

  • Scholarships ranging from $250 to $1,000 for artistic study

  • All applicants receive valuable feedback on auditions, portfolios, and interviews

  • Professional mentorships awarded to First Place Winners 

  • Performance and Exhibition for winners and special recognition awardees, providing an opportunity to add this accomplishment to a portfolio, resumé, or college application
